Each column includes degrees conferred in three terms: summer and fall of the first year and spring of the second.
International students are those who are not citizens or nationals of the United States and who are in this country on a visa or temporary basis and do not have the right to remain indefinitely. This definition is synonymous with the NCES IPEDS category "U.S. Nonresident."
Ph.D. students in Architecture, Basic Medical Sciences, Education and Nursing, as well as master's students in Basic Medical Sciences and Commerce, are counted within the appropriate school, even though, for some schools and for some years, those students registered through Arts and Sciences.
