Notes:

• Employees have been categorized as full- or part-time at the University, rather than in a particular school or department.
• International employess are those who are not citizens of the United States and who are in this country on a visa or temporary basis and do not have the right to remain indefinitely. This definition is synonymous with the NCES IPEDS category "U.S. Nonresident."
• The Medical Center uses the term "permanent employees" instead of "salaried employees."
• Employee counts for years prior to 2017 are available upon request using the Data Request process.
• Prior to 2023, Medical Center full-time counts were based on employees working 40/week. Effective 2023, Full-Time counts are based on employees regularly scheduled to work at least seventy-two (72) hours per pay period.
